DESCRIPTION:

Tangy, sweet and creamy – this easy smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast, balanced snack or just a fun treat!

INGREDIENTS:

330g frozen pineapple
330g frozen mango
360ml orange juice
2-4 tbsp. lemon juice
570g plain Greek yoghurt
2-4 tsp. grated ginger/ginger paste
2-4 tbsp. honey (optional)

 

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner smoothie adjust with an additional splash of orange juice or water.
  2. Pour into a glass or jar, garnish with lemon or orange peel.
  3. Alternatively this makes a fabulous smoothie bowel topped with toasted coconut, banana, granola and fresh orange or mango slices.
