DESCRIPTION:

Greens can also be fun! This dish is perfect to keep your body nourished and taste buds happy! It goes well on its own or with pap.

INGREDIENTS:

15ml oil
150g broccoli florets; roughly chopped
150g kale; shredded
150g spinach; shredded
Salt, to taste
½ red pepper; finely chopped
2 cloves garlic; chopped
60ml sweet jalapeño sauce
1 tin cannellini beans
Smooth pap to serve

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add greens and salt, and sauté until wilted. 
  2. Add red pepper and garlic to the greens and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Drizzle jalapeño sauce over and add cannellini beans to the greens and cook until beans are heated.

Serve greens with pap.
